SUPPORTING FLORIDA KEYS WILDLIFE SINCE 1997

Some of our recent and ongoing projects and activities include:

  • Hurricane Irma recovery efforts on the National Wildlife Refuges

  • Partnering with the Refuges to sponsor the annual Florida Keys NWR Outdoor Fest, a week-long event providing fun & educational activities — for free

  • Sponsoring the Annual Run with Deer 5K race fundraiser

  • Coordinating the Annual Earth Day 5K race Key West fundraiser

  • Ongoing support for Key deer treatment program, including support for visiting refuge personnel, volunteer training, and more

  • Trash clean ups in Crocodile Lake NWR, as well as in the National Key Deer Refuge, Great White Heron NWR, and along a designated stretch of US1

  • Donated reusable grocery totes for Got Your Bags, Habitat for Humanity

  • Fundraising for Nature Exhibits for new Refuge Visitor/Nature Center

  • Sponsoring nest cam program for White Crowned Pigeon research project

If you cannot visit our Nature Store in person you can still support the Florida Keys National Wildlife Refuges by shopping in our Online Store. All proceeds benefit the Florida Keys Wildlife Society which in turn benefit the Florida Keys National Wildlife Refuges.
