WHO WE ARE
The Florida Keys Wildlife Society was formerly known as Friends And Volunteers Of Refuges – Florida Keys (FAVOR) formed in 1997 as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization .
The official friends group for the Florida Keys National Wildlife Refuges, Florida Keys Wildlife Society is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the four National Wildlife Refuges of the Florida Keys through education, non-adversarial advocacy, volunteerism and fundraising.
The Florida Keys National Wildlife Refuges are part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) National Wildlife Refuge System:
- Crocodile Lake National Wildlife Refuge
- National Key Deer Refuge
- Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge
- Key West National Wildlife Refuge

Donations are deductible under the Internal Revenue Service Code.
